At XSIT, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping details below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days

(Actual delivery may vary based on courier workload, weather, or unforeseen delays.)

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you make the payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your package anytime using that link.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees etc.... and others depending on your pin code.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If your order is returned due to:

incorrect/incomplete address,
customer not available,
phone not reachable,
refusal to accept delivery,

reshipping fees may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delays

XSIT is not responsible for delays caused by:

courier company issues
weather conditions
festivals or public holidays
pandemic or transport restrictions

Once shipped, courier delays are beyond our control.
